Semiomantics and The Magic Search Traffic Formula Websites

Since we have launched The Magic Search Traffic Formula in 2007, WordPress has upgraded it's basic script several times. We have adapted to the changes and developed Semiomantics scripts accordingly.

However there is a certain number of limitations we have communicated as they were implemented.

1. The Magic Search Traffic Formula (Original Version, November 2007)

This version was based on WordPress 2.2.2 .  For the free version we are not asuring upgrades. Upgrades to WP 2.3 work fine, beyond 2.3 security issues may occur. Advise: Just keep running WordPress 2.3.

2. The Magic Search Traffic Formula (Free Version December 2007 Trainings)

The same limitations as under 1 above apply.

3. The Magic Search Traffic Formula Commercial Version (Paid Site Scripts)

These sites have been upgraded to Semiomantics Scripts. A download with an install instruction will be available later this week for upgrading to WP 2.6. ( Upgrade Service available at $20 per site).

4. Semiomantics (Basic Commercial Version)

Download available later this week. (Upgrade services available at $20 per Site).

5. Semiomantics XO and XY Commercial Sites

All upgrades included in your package. Please contact support to fix an appointment to upgrade your site. (Contact Zo Nicholas via Support Ticket  at http://my.chihosters.com ).

IMPORTANT REMINDER

All scripts from The Magic Search Traffcic Formula and Semiomantics are based on modified WordPress scripts. We do not assure support for modified set-ups.

Exception: The Theme we distributed for free in December 2007 is a Theme only and it works fine on any Wordpress Script, provided you stick with the original set of plug-ins and add-ons.

All Semiomantics Scripts: Stick with the original set of Plugins and add-ons (you may update them). We do not take responsibility for damage and security issues which may arise if you use Plug-ins which have not been tested approved by Semiomantics.

Security and Support:

Semiomantics and Magic Search Traffic Scripts are sophisticated and complex scripts which are designed to beat the competition based on our research and developments. They are balanced and we have not had any security issue on original scripts we have released.

If a site is subject to hacks or other malfunction because the user has deviated from the original script, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage. However we have put in place a Service to restore your site and to recover your database. As recovery and debugging is a time consuming activity which needs to be carried out by qualified specialists (I have been sitting for 3 hours on the recovery of each of 3 sites we have restored so far), we will charge a fee of $25 per messed up situation (valid for YORGOO Pros and Ycademy Pros); third party will be charged on a hourly bases. Please ask for an estimate.

Last but not Least:

We have come accross some sites which have not been installed by our services and which contain a strange mix of elements from different WP and Semiomantics versions. Also they are not installed professionally causing security issues or performing not in the appropriate way.

We regret that we cannot extend our free support to users of such scripts and the people who sold or installed such scripts should assume the full responsibility.

Semiomantics is our TradeMark and any copy of our scripts and the unauthorized use of Semiomantics is a clear breach of Copyrights and a TradeMark infringement.

Please ask us for agreed sourced for our scripts; for the time being besides Semiomantics the only authorized source is BrixHost.net, Bruno Auger's Webservices.
